1, DCR within the given tolerance: We always use the AWG wires in order to assure that the DCR is within the given tolerance.
2, Low magnetizing current: The smoothness of the winding, appropriate lamination of core sheets and also the material quality ensures the magnetizing current will never exceed the allowed limit during unloaded operation.
3, High efficiency: We always choose thin and silver-colored core sheets in order to keep the efficiency high.
4, The transformers never overheat: Appropriate bobbin size, the diameter of the wire we use and precise alignment of the individual winding loops keep the component from overheating.
5, 100% Hi-Pot Testing: Every transformer we produce has to pass the Hi-Pot test and if necessary it can sustain 3,700 V coil to coil voltage and 1,500 V coil to core voltage.
